Cookie Policy

This page lists everything this website stores in your browser. It is a short list, and it is complete.

We run no analytics service, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracking script of any kind. Nothing on this site reports your visit to another company. The site’s content security policy blocks external scripts outright, so this is enforced by the site itself rather than only promised here.

What is stored

ultimo_sessionCookie · Strictly necessary

Keeps you signed in to the client portal. It holds a signed token, not your password, and cannot be read by JavaScript. Without it, signing in is impossible.

Kept for: 30 days, or until you sign out

ultimo_consentLocal storage · Strictly necessary

Records the choice you made on the cookie bar — accept, or essential only — so you are not asked on every page. It holds the choice and its date, nothing else.

Kept for: Until you clear your browser data

ultimo_attribLocal storage · Optional — written only if you accepted

If you arrive through a partner link or a campaign, the referral code in the address is remembered so the right partner is credited if you open an account later. It records only the code, and never who you are or what you looked at. If you chose “Essential only”, it is never written.

Kept for: 30 days

geo-notice-dismissedLocal storage · Preference

Remembers that you closed the regional-availability notice, so it is not shown again on every page.

Kept for: Until you clear your browser data

What the cookie bar decides

Consent is required for storage that is not necessary to provide the service you asked for. The session cookie is necessary by definition: it is how the portal knows you are you. The dismissed-notice flag exists only because you dismissed the notice. Your cookie choice has to be stored, or we would ask again on every page.

The partner referral code is the one optional item. It is written only if you chose Accept on the bar; Essential only means it is never written, and a partner link you followed is simply not remembered. You can change your mind by clearing the site’s data, after which the bar asks again.

We run no visit measurement today. If we add it, it will read the same choice and stay off for anyone who chose Essential only; this page will describe it before it runs. We will not add tracking quietly.

Removing them

Every browser can clear site data and block cookies for a site; the setting is usually under Privacy. Clearing them signs you out of the portal, forgets your cookie choice so the bar asks again, and, if you came through a partner link, removes that referral.

Blocking cookies entirely means you cannot sign in — not a restriction we impose, but a consequence of how sign-in works on the web.
